Adi Prop-Care is a company based in Bangalore, founded by Mr. P Panduranga Rao, is an NRI currently living in Bangalore. We have over a decade of experience in the Construction Industry in and around Bangalore we know the value & emotional connect any property owner would have to his/her property and we do our best to connect with the customer’s requirement of managing & maintaining their properties by getting a hassle free experience with our services.

Adi Propcare fulfills the needs of NRI property owners and investors in terms of property management and property leasing. It fulfills the need for a reliable and trustworthy intermediary between their properties and themselves by way of a mobile application where the customer can view their property management status on their fingertips. We also provide the property management services to Resident Indians as well.

Mr. Panduranga Rao is academically well qualified with a graduation in Commerce, Post-Graduation in Personal Development and MBA in Marketing. His rich academic pursuits were further enhanced with a fruitful stint of professional experience, which is spread across the continents with expertise in top level management in various domains such as Manufacturing, Industrial Marketing, Finance, Management and Human Resources for over 3 decades.

In the year 1999, after decades of experience in Healthcare and Management domains, Mr. Panduranga Rao established DataScribe Technologies. He also shares interest in Nation’s Politics, Developments and Current Affairs and is actively involved in his initiative called Badlo India, which provides an engaging platform for youngsters to foray in the politics. An ardent admirer of his place of birth, Dintimeraka, Mr. Panduranga Rao, along with likeminded visionaries are continually working towards the betterment of his native place by imparting knowledge and acquainting people with technology.
